Shipment
- The product(s) in your order, if available in stock, will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days.
- For the orders realized by EFT or payment order, if the payment amount is not transferred to the accounts listed in the payment options within 3 working days following the order, the order will be regarded as cancelled.
Return Conditions
- However, you may return the products that you buy from online store within15 days starting from the delivery date, and the total amount you paid will be refunded to you.
- Products that are manufactured according to the special needs and requirements of the customer or the ones that are customized by special changes and additions are not subject to withdrawal right or to the order cancellation.
- You should send the orders that you want to return, precisely in the same conditions that they're sent to you, with the product form, send invoice, dispatch note, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other relevant documents and materials to the informed address. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, shall not be returned for the products sent without the original invoice.
- After receiving the returned items, the corresponding amount will be refund on the same payment method used to place the order, to credit card if the credit card is the payment method or via eft/mail order if it is the payment method.
